Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Hi, I’m Lauren

I’m a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist (Women’s Health Physiotherapist) based in Unley SA, and I’m passionate about helping people to improve their pelvic health!

Pelvic Health concerns can be tricky to address, and it’s sometimes not easy to start working through them. But more than likely, your symptoms can be helped.

Rest assured, no question, no symptom, no worry is too strange to a Pelvic Health Physio.

My Background

I graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia, and began working in private practice in Pelvic Health and Pilates teaching. During this time, I became a Polestar qualified Pilates instructor.

I have since worked in private practice, country and tertiary hospitals, in inpatient and outpatient settings. Additionally, I completed my Graduate Certificate in the Conservative Management of Pelvic Organ prolapse with the University of South Australia, and am currently completing a Master of Pelvic Health Physiotherapy with the University of Melbourne. It’s clear to say, I love to learn!

I currently also work as a senior Women’s Health Physiotherapist within SALHN and enjoy working helping people during pregnancy and postpartum, with incontinence, prolaspe and pelvic pain in this role.
